Different jobs take different amounts of time to complete we should be able to give you an estimate when you contact us with a description of the problem or when you bring the device in. Most issues are completed the same day you drop it off.
Generally speaking no, there are some issues where we may need to take in accessories if they are directly related to the problem. If you contact us before you bring the job in we can tell you what would be required for your repair.

Even though we have been repairing consoles for over 10 years, we are not certified for any of the console companies due to these companies repairing their own devices often overseas. Once we or anybody other then the manufacturer opens up your devices the warranty is void. We do provide parts and labor warranties on all of our repairs though.
On most jobs we provide a 90 day warranty, some jobs may qualify for a different warranty period. Feel free to ask us about the conditions of warranty on your particular job.
Most payment is dealt with on pickup unless your job qualifies for a down payment beforehand. We accept credit cards, checks, as well as cash.
It may well look easy but there are many variables when it comes to repairs on consoles. It also pays to have extra stock of replacement parts as that part you bought off Ebay cheap is probably not good quality or new! Not to mention that something else may be damaged when the console is dismantled, If you want to try the repair yourself feel free but don’t say that we didn’t warn you! Jobs that have been worked on by customers may be refused depending on the nature of the job as we have seen in many cases a console that is no longer recoverable!
In most cases no, you will keep your saved data. It really depends on the nature of the repair. If it’s a problem with the Hard drive then it’s likely that the drive will at least have to be wiped if not replaced which means you will lose your data. If we have to do anything with your data as part of your repair then we will let you know beforehand but in all cases we are not responsible for your data. If you are worried about the data then make sure you back it up before bringing the device in for repair.
Sorry but no. We can’t warranty a part that we have not sourced ourselves and therefore don’t offer this service. Also in far too many cases we have fitted customer’s parts only to find that they are broken or copy parts from Ebay, which is time consuming for both us and our customers.

No problem, we can inspect the device and write up a report on the issue which you can present to your insurance company. Insurance inspection and report costs $39.99.
