When sending in a device you receive the same fast, professional quality repair whether you walk into our store or use our Mail-In Repair Service. And, you still receive the same warranty guarantee on all parts we repair!
We will quickly diagnose and evaluate your device for free. We’ll open your device up and discuss the repair, give you options and an estimate for repair – and once your repair is complete, we will process your payment via phone.
Once payment has been made, your device is repaired and shipped back to you in 24 – 48 hours, usually that very day.
All devices will be returned to you as fast as possible. All returns include a tracking number that is sent to your email address on your mail-in form and we get an email notification once the device has been delivered to you.
You tell us how your device is shipped back to you. If you want 2-day or next-day delivery with tracking, tell us. To clarify, “next-day delivery” means we ship it within 24 hours, usually same day.
